MAGNADI for HAWC - HELLENIC AMERICAN WOMEN'S COUNCIL

On my last trip to New York I had the chance to meet the extraordinary women behind HAWC and be asked to produce a design for them that will be applied on silk scarves.

The Hellenic American Women’s Council (HAWC) is a nationwide network whose mission is to identify and harness the tremendous talents of Hellenic American Women. HAWC encourages awareness of public policy issues and promotes women who wish to play leadership roles in their communities, the nation and their professional fields of endeavor.

HAWC sponsors regional conferences, lectures, debates and seminars by prominent scholars, government officials, and experts on various issues of interest to its membership.

I am so proud to be a part of this beautiful group of people who empower each other and promote women's entrepreneurship. I had the opportunity to create a design for them that will speak their work and reflect their strong female personality, and here you can see the result.
